Mystery Plant


February 19, 2017. Last year I bough begonias for my office. They died during a long road trip, and when I tred to revive them through watering, ths plant grew instead. It looks like some sort of ivy, but it's very pale and really finicky. Anyhow, watered it again, removed the dead leaves, and got a little work done.

Worked through the morning, drove home at lunch (much easier!) and spent the afternoon working from home. Dow's Lake

March 2, 2024. The frozen surface of Dow's lake with a sheen of meltwater on it. This was a view as I took an 11 km ride on my new bicycle today. First ride of the year, first ride on the new bike.
